Yep I'm up, can't sleep. I don't really mind not sleeping. I've tried sleeping pills. And they just make me feel like shit when I wake up. So why take them? I'd rather not sleep. One sleeping pills I noticed was giving me nightmares. Come to find out later on from my doctor that was one of the side effects. My doctor just gave me another sleeping pill to try. Again I just felt bad the next day. Why would I want to take something that's just gonna give me nightmares, make me moody, groggy, and achy? The insomnia comes and goes with me. I can go months with sleeping like a normal person, then all of a sudden I'm an insomniac. I've tried other things besides sleeping pills. Such as no caffeine, relaxing, watching what I ate, etc... Basically I've learned to live with it.
